*What are clear aligners?
Clear Aligners also known as invisible clear trays, are orthodontic devices that correct misaligned teeth and aid in alignment correction. They are made from a thin sheet of therm o-forming plastic material that adapts snugly to the outer surface of teeth and initiates movement little by little.
These clear trays are a series of progressive custom-designed trays that cause movement post, and the subsequent tray is worn to continue treatment. They completely eliminate the hassles of metal braces and wires.

*How do they work?
Clear aligners work on the principle of Slow Progressive Tooth Movement.This is achieved by making custom trays designed individually for each patient. 
This begins with taking either a digital scan or dental impression and feeding this data into special software that converts the scan into a digital format. The software is capable of predicting tooth movement synchronously with each successive tray, thus visually aiding doctors and patients in predicting Alignment correction.
Each individual requires about 20 - 40 trays, depending on the need for alignment correction.
Invisible Aligners come with the advantage that they seamlessly become a part of one's daily routine, being much more convenient than metal braces and wires and being equally effective as them. Thus increasingly becoming popular.

*How to start?

1. Write an order lab sheet, fill it with detailed instructions.
2. Please prepare the following items before sending the case:
a. Order Form  
b. Impression Tray for working model   
c. Opposite model  
d. Bite registration (if necessary) 
e. Pls included all implant parts if the case is the implant.
then print your commercial invoice for customs and an air way bill ( provided by your shipping courier company like Fedex )for shipping.

*Turnaround Time:
a. 2- 3 days for PFM, Denture,CCP Framework,Zirconia.
b. 4-5 days for two Combinations.
c. 7 days for complicated.

*Packaging:
Mainly packed by carton or other common security package,we insist use PE bag package for each single items,plastic box with foam inside,Carton box outside. 
You also can give us your special requirements about it. We will try our best to make sure the goods arrive safely.

*Payment:
As soon as we receive your shipment, we will email you an itemized "Request for Payment" invoice.
